Feasibility Study
Includes a study of the comprehensive feasibility and 'need analysis' based on market and demographic evaluation, competition analysis, space plan, and marketing components
Pricing and Budgeting
Plan and implement strategic pricing of products and services, menu development, inventory management, waste management, etc.
Systems and Processes
Setting Standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to ensure smooth operations and deliver quality with consistency to every patron and client.
Training and Recruitment
