Research has shown that everyone should do strength or weight training , also known as resistance training, to maintain and develop active muscle tissue for everyday use. Resistance training helps to maintain functional ability, increase metabolism (weight management), improve bone strength, reduce the chance of injury and improves muscle tone and body image. Our wide selection of free weights and the latest stationary machines means you'll be fully equipped to work out and strengthen and condition every part of your body. Our trainers will hand hold and push you to achieve your specific goal, either through a customised personal training program, or regular gym programme focusing on general fitness.
