Cardio section

Cardio – the short for cardio vascular exercises focus on exercises that strengthen the heart, circulation and respiratory systems. Inside the gym this is done with specific  equipments that range from treadmills, steppers, cycles and elliptical as well as the stretch area where one can do stepping, and aerobics. Whatever your level of fitness, from beginner to an athlete, our cardiovascular equipment selection provides an excellent range of exercise levels for effective, new, and fun training. 

 

In some of our centres – we have specialised group classes as well like Aerobics, Zumba, salsa to ensure you enjoy your fitness regime.
